The Princeton University Gospel Ensemble (PUGE) performed, “There’s a Leak in This Old Building,” on 8 May 2017, at the “Melodies From Heaven,” Spring Gospel Concert at Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, U.S.A. The concert was held in McCosh Hall, Room 10 with the support of the Lewis Center for the Arts and Princeton University Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students (ODUS).
The piece is a traditional African-American song recorded by Tarrian LaShun Pace in 2001 on the, “God is Faithful,” album by Savoy Records. The lyrics are as follows:
